Introduction

In August 2024 a trip to Juan-Pablo’s group culminated in the accumulation of several SOPs and calculators for perovskite layer fabrication. Below are all the documents acquired from the Juan-Pablo group.

See the bulleted list below for manipulating and obtaining desired solution recipes:

• Amount of total solution for PTAA/Spiro/Li/TBP/Co calculated is ONLY dependent on the mass values put into the Green boxes.
  • Li and Co solutions last for months.
• “Target # of Devices” in columns K & L helps estimate the amount of total solution needed, but does not affect any values in the rest of the calculator.
• Do not touch any other boxes, the other colors are purely aesthetic

Device Fabrication SOP (n-i-p)

Contains the following steps for all the device fabrication processes:

• Compact TiO2 spray gun procedure
• Mesoporous TiO2 spincoating settings and procedure (identical to spincoating for 5% SnOx solution)
  • SnOx Annealed for 30 mins at 150C and then UVO for 30 minutes
• PEAI passivation on top and bottom of perovskite layer
• Spiro-OMeTAD Procedure
• Metal contact evaporation rates and thicknesses
  • Read the rates as going up to the total layer thickness
